Magnetic Properties

NANOGAP Iron oxide products exhibit room temperature superparamagnetic properties which can be utilized in medical devices, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) devices, and in molecular diagnostics such as DNA extraction and separation techniques. NGAP NP FeO-2201 is a maghemite product dispersed in an organic solvent. NGAP NP FeO-2202 is an aqueous dispersion of magnetite with a saturation magnetization of 50 emu/g. NGAP NP FeO-2203 is a non-aqueous dispersion of magnetite with a saturation magnetization of 50 emu/g.
